We act as Controller for account, billing, abuse prevention, and customer support data. We act as Processor for any files or data you host on your VPS , you control your server; we simply provide the infrastructure.

2. Information We Collect

a) Information you provide

• Account details: name, email, address, and optional phone number.
• Billing: invoice and tax details for processing payments.
• Support: messages or attachments sent through our ticket system.
• KYC verification: basic ID or proof of address if required for compliance or fraud prevention.

b) Payment information

• Cards/PayPal: processed by secure third-party gateways. We do not store full card numbers.
• Bank or wallet payments (Pakistan): payer name, reference, and receipt screenshots for verification.
• Crypto payments: wallet address, transaction ID, and amount for record-keeping.

c) Technical & service data

• Connection logs: IP addresses, timestamps, and metadata for troubleshooting and security.
• Panel & API logs: login activity, password resets, configuration changes.
• Network protection: firewall and anti-abuse system logs.

We never access or view private content stored inside your VPS unless requested for troubleshooting or required by law.
